It’s hard to find a business with better customer service. It’s good knowing that when we call Homestead Insurance a staff member answers the phone. No call system prompts or queues to get tied up with. One simple call is all it took when I was in a fender bender. My agent Brandon Rapp made sure my claim was processed and repairs were done as soon as possible.
