To get an out of state title changed to Ohio title you will need:
- the original title,
- an out-of-state inspection (from the Medina License Bureau), and
- a power of attorney for the owner, or the owner must be present.

To get an Ohio vehicle registration on your car you will need:
- an original title or memorandum copy (from Medina County Auto Title),
- an e-check ( from Ohio E-Check) on cars over 2 years old,
- your driver's license (and social security card if the driver's license does not show your social security number.
